Our Approach/Methods (DIME)
We build supportive and continuous relationship with organisations and help them expand their growth potential and increase productivity.
We do not offer any solution without first of all diagnosing the issues. Here we seek to understand the underlying problems, the root cause(s), and the effects (current and future)
We engage all the stakeholders impacted by the issues as well as review existing documents that will help unravel the issues. Engaging the stakeholders and conducting other surveys will also bring to light what the response to certain interventions will be and will help us determine which interventions will bring the most positive and sustainable solutions.
Here we discuss our findings during the diagnostics and agree on interventions. Once we agree with the leaders of the organization on the interventions, we implement and embed.
To embed, we most times conduct some degrees of training for both the management and the employees.
At the end of the intervention stage, we submit a detailed report of the project to the management.
We do not go away after we implement an intervention or interventions. We usually stay on with our clients to provide guidance, clarifications and support in their change journey. We monitor how our interventions are being implemented, support them, identify challenges with implementation and address these challenges. We spend a minimum of three (3) months in this stage and a maximum of six (6) months.
We do a post project evaluation to be able to identify and measure results. The outcome of the evaluation will determine the next steps.
