Human Resource Retainer Services
GRACEDGE Limited operates a retainer scheme as part of our efforts to provide customized services and solutions to organizations in order to meet their unique and specific needs.
Under this scheme, we manage the total or partial HR function of an organisation’s and we provide the unique support they need to run their business and attain their desired growth and sustainability goals.
The scheme has two operating models:
MODEL 1 – THE PLATINUM MODEL
Under this model, GEL manages the totality of the organization’s HR functions. The services under this plan include:
- Bodyshop – full supply and management of manpower –(service charge applies)
- Recruitment, selection and engagement of new employees (cost of adverts not included)
- Employee onboarding and orientation
- Business Reviews and Strategic planning retreats (maximum of two (2) sessions a year)
- Performance Management – (maximum of two (2) reviews in a year)
- Compensation and Benefit Management
- Severance processes
- Policies and employee handbook development and reviews
- Basic training – soft skills (to be agreed with client)
- Payroll Management
MODEL 2 – STANDARD MODEL
Under this model, GEL manages partial HR functions of an organization. The aspect of the HR function to be managed by Gracedge Limited will be as agreed by both parties. The fee for this plan is negotiated and agreed based on the services required.
The services under this plan could be a mix of the services under the Platinum Plan or some other services as may be requested by the client provided such services are within the capability and competence of Gracedge Limited.
