A Human Resource professional with over 21 years’ experience in Human Resources Management, Training and Development, Performance Management as well as Administration.
She is an outstanding trainer, facilitator and coach, highly trained in Management Development, Personnel Communication and Industrial Relations. A certified Organanisation Development (OD) Professional. Who has led several OD interventions for organisations both in the oil and gas sector and in other sectors. She has an extensive experience in the Oil and Gas sector.
Chinenye is a Fellow of the Mentoring and Career Development Institutes of Nigeria, a Full member of Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria (CIPMN) , a chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) London, a certified Organisation Development professional (ODCP), a Learning and Development Specialist (LDS) of Learning and Development Network International, a Full Member Institute of Strategic Management Nigeria and Associate member of Nigerian Institute of Management (NIM).
